01 Acceptance of Terms

prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture
of any balances or bonuses.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes
your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during
the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. This includes maintaining a strong
password and ensuring that no other person has access to your login credentials. Lodi 291 will
never contact you to request your password. If you believe your account has been compromised,

Account sharing is not permitted. Any activity conducted through your Lodi 291 account is your responsibility, even if performed by a third party.
04 Deposits & Payments
Lodi 291 supports the following deposit methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya),
GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online,
and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All funds deposited must come from a
payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or
accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is prohibited.
- GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed instantly.
- Bank transfer deposits (InstaPay/PESONet) may take up to one business day.
- Card deposits may be subject to verification for first-time use.
- Lodi 291 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- All deposits are in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
Lodi 291 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that cannot be verified or
that appears to be connected to fraudulent activity.
05 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same
payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible, as an anti-fraud measure.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- GCash / Maya: Typically processed within 1–3 business hours.
- Bank transfer (InstaPay/PESONet): 1–3 business days.
- Card withdrawals: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Before processing a withdrawal, Lodi 291 may require identity verification in line with
our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. This is standard practice for all licensed gaming

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained
dealers under real-time supervision. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are
based on theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
- In the event of a technical fault during a game round, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
Lodi 291 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account
at its discretion, particularly in cases where:
- There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.
- A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these terms.
- A player has requested self-exclusion or account closure.
- Lodi 291 is required to do so under applicable law or regulation.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds that are determined to be
legitimately owed to the player will be returned after the investigation is concluded.
Funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

13 Limitation of Liability

indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of

- Service interruptions, technical faults, or connectivity issues.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

Lodi 291's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of funds held
